Who we are

What we collect

• Details you give us through our contact form, callback request, WhatsApp link or AI discovery assistant — such as your name, business name, phone number and any message or details you share.
• Usage and device data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below) — such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type and how you reached the site.

How and why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about our services (lawful basis: legitimate interests / steps prior to entering a contract).
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (lawful basis: your consent, given via the cookie banner).

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar tools only after you accept them via our consent banner. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies stay switched off until you choose "Accept all". These may include:

• Google Analytics & Google Ads — to measure traffic and ad performance. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so these are denied by default.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — to measure ad performance (loaded only after consent).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors to run our service, including hosting and content delivery (e.g. Cloudflare), email delivery (e.g. Resend), and the analytics/advertising providers above. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@optimalabs.co. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
